For the first 2 years (and until 1300+ paying customers), the entire Featurebase platform (Helpdesk, Outbound, Help Center, Feedback & Roadmaps) was built by just two engineers, making it one of the largest SaaS products built by such a small team.
Today, we are a team of 8 people, serving tens of millions of users around the globe and thousands of companies - meaning every change you make is impactful and experienced by millions of users instantly.
Our small size allows us to keep the work environment without any bureaucracy - every opinion matters, and you get to take projects from start to finish without any BS or meetings - working on a flexible schedule that allows you to do your best work.
We exclusively use Featurebase to build Featurebase. Meaning all the updates you ship, you yourself get to use and experience firsthand in your everyday usage.
Being bootstrapped (raised no money) and profitable, lets us focus on our vision without outside investor pressure or short-term worries.
