Where is my data hosted?
In the EU: your data is hosted in the Netherlands, Germany and Ireland, on AWS, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, MongoDB Atlas and Fly.io.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. All traffic is served over HTTPS (TLS), and data is encrypted at rest with industry-standard AES encryption. Every service runs behind Cloudflare, with DDoS protection and rate limiting.
Are you SOC 2 and GDPR compliant?
Yes. Featurebase is SOC 2 Type II certified, and the full report is available under NDA in our Trust Center. We're fully GDPR compliant, with a Data Processing Agreement for every customer.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. We use only the commercial APIs of our AI providers, configured so that your data is never used to train any AI models. You can turn off optional AI features in your workspace settings. Read our AI Policy.
